Version: privacy-v1 Effective: 2026-04-03
1. Who we are

Nelavio provides software for website visibility analysis, improvement workflows, reporting, and related operational tooling for website operators. Questions about privacy can be sent to privacy@nelavio.com.

2. What data we collect

We may process:

  • account data such as name, email address, and locale preferences,
  • project data such as website domains, hosts, locales, crawl results, issues, opportunities, content items, and proof reports,
  • integration data such as Google Search Console or Google Business Profile access scopes and synchronized performance data,
  • billing and subscription metadata needed to manage access and support the service,
  • support and contact-form messages,
  • operational logs, security events, and audit trail entries required to run and secure the service.
3. Why we use this data

We use data to:

  • provide the product and its core workflows,
  • authenticate users and secure accounts,
  • connect and maintain supported integrations,
  • generate reports, exports, and product notifications,
  • enforce billing, limits, and abuse protections,
  • troubleshoot incidents, monitor reliability, and improve service quality,
  • meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
4. How the service works with third parties

Nelavio uses infrastructure and service providers to host the product, process billing, send transactional email, support AI-assisted generation, and process integrations. The current subprocessor list is published on the matching locale legal route (for example /en/legal/subprocessors or /pl/legal/subprocessors).

5. Retention

We retain data according to the lifecycle rules defined by the product:

  • account and project data may be soft-deleted before permanent removal,
  • security, billing, and audit records may be retained for legal or operational reasons,
  • temporary artifacts and debug data are removed on shorter retention windows,
  • connector credentials are revoked immediately on disconnect or account deletion.
6. Your choices and rights

Depending on the context, you may be able to:

  • access and update your account information,
  • request export of your account data,
  • request deletion of your account after subscription prerequisites are met,
  • manage optional notification preferences,
  • disconnect integrations and revoke project API tokens.
7. International processing and security

Nelavio uses third-party providers that may process data in multiple jurisdictions. We use access controls, encrypted credential storage, audit logging, and operational safeguards appropriate to the product’s scope, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
