Terms of Service

Nelavio is a software product for website visibility analysis, recommendations, workflow automation, proof reporting, and related operational tooling. It is not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, or commercial outcomes.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your account credentials secure,
• providing accurate information for projects and integrations,
• reviewing generated content and recommendations before publishing where approval is required,
• using the product only within the allowed limits and supported use cases.

Paid access, limits, downgrades, cancellations, and billing recovery follow the plan and lifecycle rules communicated in the product. If payment fails or access is suspended, some actions may become restricted or read-only.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy published at /en/legal/refunds and /pl/legal/refunds. Nelavio uses Paddle as merchant of record, and refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Cancellation stops future renewal.

Nelavio may generate AI-assisted or template-based recommendations, content drafts, or suggested fixes. You remain responsible for reviewing the suitability, legality, factual correctness, and brand appropriateness of anything you publish.

For YMYL or otherwise sensitive content, professional review is strongly recommended before publication.

Nelavio supports only the connectors and workflows explicitly described by the product at the relevant phase. Unsupported CMS behaviors, custom fields, page builders, or third-party constraints may require manual implementation or may remain read-only.

You may not use the service to:

• abuse crawl infrastructure or supported APIs,
• proxy or resell Content API access beyond the product contract,
• publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content through the product,
• attempt unauthorized access to other users, projects, or system components.

The service may experience maintenance, degraded integrations, rate limits, provider delays, or scheduled operational restrictions. Nelavio may disable or restrict specific capability classes to reduce operational or security risk.

Off-site and external visibility actions are included on eligible paid plans as an optional, quality-gated capability. They do not guarantee placement or ranking outcomes. The operator reserves the right to restrict, pause, or modify off-site actions at any time.

Nelavio may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or material violation of these terms. Historical data retention and deletion follow the published lifecycle rules.

Nelavio is provided as a SaaS product with operational safeguards, but without any promise of uninterrupted availability or guaranteed business/SEO outcome. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, liability is limited to the product scope and fees paid for the applicable service period.
