Can I start free before paying?
Yes. The Free plan covers one project and up to 50 pages. It is meant to show the top issues before billing or a paid upgrade.
What happens after the first scan?
You can keep the project on Free or upgrade to Starter or Pro when you want connectors, safe fixes, delivery workflows, Content API output, and monthly proof.
What kind of websites are the best fit right now?
Business and service websites with one main brand, one primary property scope, and small-to-medium complexity. Large ecommerce, publisher farms, and enterprise multi-location stacks are not the starting target.
Do I need WordPress?
WordPress gets the best write path in the roadmap, but it is not required. Non-WP sites can still use exports and the Content API for downstream delivery.
What if the site has serious structural problems?
Nelavio still keeps the safe fixes moving where it can. For deeper structural change, the product surfaces the issue and points the operator toward developer support instead of pretending everything can be automated.
